Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. The wrong colour case was sent to me by accident and even though I still loved the case I contacted the team as I wanted to swap the case to the original colour I ordered. They said they didn’t do returns so couldn’t swap the case but were happy to send me another one in the correct colour. This surprised me but left a brilliant impression. The case is really good quality and exactly as displayed. I have had lots of compliments on the case and have been recommending them since.
